About Sue

Sue’s practice is dedicated to supporting individuals and teams to fulfil their potential. She believes that the notion of making a positive difference, in life as well as business lies at the heart of success – however that is measured.

Sue spent over 30 years in senior leadership roles within major UK and global organisations. Her roles included VP of European Operations at The Walt Disney Company, 6 years as MD in a private equity backed beauty business and 8 years as General Manager at the London Designer Outlet in Wembley Park. Throughout this time, Sue focused on developing her teams to fulfil their true potential through a combination of coaching and mentoring.
